From an App Store:

In order to download and install our app from the Apple App Store, you must first register for a user account with the Apple provider and conclude a corresponding user contract. We have no influence over the content of this user account, and in particular we are not a party to such a user agreement. When downloading and installing the app from the Apple App Store, the necessary information is transferred to Apple, in particular your user name, your e-mail address and the customer number of your account, the time of the download and the individual device code number. We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We only process the data provided insofar as this is necessary for downloading and installing the app on your mobile device (e.g. iPhone or iPad). In addition, this data will not be further stored.

Use of the App:

We do not collect any data when using the app. This means that no data is transferred to us or to a third party.

Is data transferred to third parties?

XmasBell does not transfer data to third parties at any time. All data remains on your device and never leaves it.

How long is this data stored?

All collected and stored data of the XmasBell app will be stored on your device as long as you have installed the app on your device. If you delete the XmasBell app from your device, all data will be deleted as well.

Since all data is stored on your device, it is up to you to erase or correct the data.

You may at any time object to these terms and conditions by deleting the app from your device. This will also delete all data collected by XmasBell.
